How TCP Test Tool Works
TCP Test Tool provides (2) tools in one:

When used as a packet initiator, TCP Test Tool can initiate TCP sessions with any pre-defined LAN or Internet IP address on any TCP port. As a TCP server/capture tool, it lets you to bind to a specific TCP port, capture any incoming packets and display them in ASCII, HEX, or BINARY formats.

By providing complete control over starting and stopping TCP sessions, TCP Test Tool is a much better tool for testing and troubleshooting than a protocol analyzer alone. TCP Test Tool also let’s you control the presentation and display of messages received, including adding Date and Time stamps to each message received.
